Excellent service

Great buting experience

We were looking for a f150 with a lower gear ratio for towing. There were not any on the lot. Rhett suggested we build one & order it. It took a lot longer than expected but, we are very happy with our new truck. He also spent some extra time wirh us to explain some of the features & connect our phones to the blue tooth. We will definitely refer our friends and family. We didn't have to haggle over the price. Thanks

Kyle is the best rep we've worked with at Ford!

After a year in Honolulu with lack luster service at Ford, an unexpected Saturday morning steering issue put me at Kyle's service desk. He was super professional, had great follow through and excellent "bedside" manner when dealing with a sick Ford Edge and it's owner. The repairs were made, the car was serviced, a recall issues was finally correct and he went the extra mile by having the detail guys address a very recent spill in the backseat. (I was on my way to get the car detailed when the steering wheel went wacky and the thought of the stain sitting in the sun for a week plus while the service happened was worrisome, Kyle to the rescue!) It's people like Kyle who truly uphold the reputation of a company like Ford. If only all reps could be as thorough and professional as he is. Thank you for the opportunity to pass along a genuine compliment.

Very Friendly!

Theresa went above and beyond to get my Ranger's recall taken care of. The staff was friendly and professional. The only negative comment I have is that the service dept. doesn't offer a courtesy car wash.
