Excellent service! It took me 4 months from the first day I walked into Honolulu Ford until I purchased a Ford F-150 Lariat. Thomas kondo kept me in the loop on deals as they came out. Originally started looking at Mustangs and then ended up with a beautiful pre-owned Ford F150 Lariat Limited. I'm So Satisfied with the purchase and very happy with the sales process that was hassle-free and very personable. What a great experience!

My service advisor, Theresa Paperd) is truly over-the-top amazing! My Ford Escape (which I absolutely LOVE) had many issues, including oil leak and ac problems. She worked with my CSP provider to ensure that eligible parts were covered. She also secured a loaner so that I didn't have to take public transportation. She kept me updated on the repairs and always quoted me what my bill would be, so that I wouldn't get a heart attack when I picked up my car. I also want to thank the mechanic, who did a thorough inspection, fixed everything and did an awesome job. This is the first time I have ever experienced such dedicated, knowledgeable, friendly, and personable people at Ford. All my past experiences, combined, does not add up to the Superior Customer Service that Therisa and John provided. They should be given bonuses and raises for their excellent customer service skills (Therisa) and quality work (John).

I'm really just putting it out there.... But besides that my transaction was a little tricky with a ship and trade in to the Big Island but it moved relatively smoothly. mahalo!

Awesome experience. They gave me a phenomenal deal! Best on island by thousands. My salesman Al was professional and couteous. I look forward to working with him again in the future. Everything was smooth, I got a fair deal for my trade-in and overall enjoyed my experience. My only criticism would be that they did not give me the safety inspection paperwork when I bought the car. And the detail shop was undermanned the day I bought the car and thus had to return to get that new car look. Both errors were quickly and painlessly corrected. Overall excellent experience.

We went in for a replacement vehicle for a 12 year old, high mileage car. Decided on a used SUV (lease return) with low mileage. The salesperson & finance manager were awesome! We were extremely happy with the whole process and will definitely return in the future. We bought an extended warranty for the SUV at a very reasonable price. The "new" car is wonderful!
