Excellent Service!!
Called Thomas Kondo and he told me what my options were, explained to him my issues and he assured me that he would be able to help. I would definitely be recommending Honolulu Ford to my friends and family. Miles and Thomas were able to get me into a 2018 Ford Fusion. Car is Awesome!! Mahalo to Thomas, Miles and Ford.

Great Service
The only complaint about our new work van would be the AC & alarm. We only found out the next day or so, as we accelerate AC goes off (blows warm air) & both original alarm remote does not work very well. The main reason why we were searching for another company vehicle was due to AC problem. After I went & get the battery changed on my own, it is still hard to press & just very inconvenient for employees to get in. Especially, 2 are sharing the van. Therefore, always have to be switching keys versus just using both remotes to get in. Bottom line, only 1 remote work. However, all in all, they have great service. I just think maybe they didn't check these 2 areas.

Sold me a Lemon and would not help me to get a new Truck
They forget about you after the sale. The sale process was not great as well. They delivered a new car with over a 100 miles, even tho the contract said 25 miles. Sales manager is ignoring calls. And theres a lot more......

My experience with the ford service is not based on my experience with the service technician but based on the acting manager (Daniel). Daniel did not want to release the vehicle to the person who dropped (my employee) it off to be service. Instead, I had to drive from Ewa Beach to town to only have my keys handed to me by Daniel, who in my opinion had a smirk on his face as I received the keys, waiting for a response , he gave me a "BLANK " look. As I'm waiting for him to say anything, he said nothing but "I'm not the service department", Daniel could have said that I'll leave a message for Kyle to call you up and let you know the results of the diagnose. Daniel really made me feel "UNIMPORTANT". Can someone from Ford give me a call so I'm able to share my experience?

Excellent customer service almost ruined.
From the phone service that managed to get me in for an emergency slot just 2 hours later to Kyle who was very friendly and professional this was a 5 star service operation. The only negative was while waiting for the service I was hounded by the greedy sleazy salesmen everytime I walked in the front door and my last impression when I left was by a rude salesman who could care less because I wasn't going to buy a car and blocked my exit while he sat in a new car trying to sell it to someone else. Bottom line definitely DO NOT buy a car here but definitely get it serviced here if you bought it somewhere else.

Excellent Service Rep
Kyle Piercy is the best Service rep ever. Always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to listen to the customer. No matter what the situation he explains thoroughly. Ford needs to find a way to address windshield wiper sticking to glass on the 2015 Edge Sport

Overall good no hassle no drama Good friendly conversation with Kyle. Took care of the issue that I had. In and out at a good a time. One 9f the managers remember me which is nice appreciated the good service.
