We had an overall great experience at Honolulu Ford, aside from the fact that we were not informed of the impending vehicle registration which would be up in 2 months. However, Marcus was quick to reply to my emailed complaint and he addressed my registration issue and resolved it!

This is the first time that I am compelled to write a review. Carlo is AWESOME! I called in for an appointment, and we were randomly assigned to Carlo. He took the vehicle in immediately, went over all of our concerns, kept in touch with us regarding quotes and necessary repairs, and finished well ahead of our expectations. Finally, the customer service that we have been hoping and waiting for!

Ben Cabalo patiently taught me about leasing versus owning the car I was interested in. Then he presented me with an honest, fair deal. He never once was pushy. Ben helped me make the right decision.
