Regular servicing

Service agent was knowledgeable, friendly and informative. Shuttle driver was great and the car was well serviced. I would definitely recommend Ford Service to other car owners.

Fast set

Charlo was amazing. He managed to complete the Service in half the time he estimated. He is the man. He was thorough at the beginning and very friendly. I couldn’t ask for more

1 week after buying:safety expired and $50 oil change needed

My experience with Honolulu Ford was.....okay. The process of buying the car was good--the salesman obviously had a job to do so he was trying to sell me on the car, but it wasn't over the top which I appreciated. I am more disappointed with Honolulu Ford's overall service to the customer, however. Within one week of taking the car home, the safety inspection expired, the check engine light came on, and the oil change light lit up. The 60-day warranty covered the check engine light work, but they charged us $50 for an oil change that (in my opinion) should have been done before selling the vehicle. That seems to be an easy check before putting a vehicle on the lot to sell. The fact that the safety inspection expired a week later and we had to pay $50 for an oil change 3 weeks after rolling off the lot speaks volumes about their care to provide a quality product to their customers. These are smaller details, I realize, but I'm pretty disappointed. I would have thought they had more pride in their service. In my opinion, it's these smaller details that set apart the better dealerships.

Good Service

My point of contact was this guy named Tim. Tim was not only courteous and friendly, but knowledgeable about about my car. He was straight forward and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.

Never Say No.

When ever I call Chad Getz for service or what ever we need he's always there for us.they were times when he was off or on vacation he would still answer his phone and still help with our needs.Also your waiting room has snacks and drinks most important great WiFi. customer service in and out of your center there's a very friendly environment.

1st bad Ford experience since 1973.

I have bought or leased Ford vehicles since 1973 from Ford dealers across the U.S. continent. This is my first bad Ford experience as well as my first experience with Honolulu Ford. It makes me ashamed to be from the islands. Drove new 2018 C-Max off the lot on Sunday, July 15th. At the first rain I realized that the rear windshield wiper was missing! Called. Was told when one came I would be called...that was almost two months ago. Have not received call about license plates...although my plates are good through September 20th...11 days from today. Most upsetting has been turning in my 2015 C-Max lease vehicle (2nd Ford lease from North County Ford in Vista, California). I was prepared to buy the car especially since Ford would no longer be making the C-Max. When I called on Thursday, Mario told me that they just got 2018 C-Max on the, so I might have 2018 to lease. We made an appointment for Sunday. In preparation for the possibility of my 3rd Ford lease,I had cleared and washed the car on Saturday, July 14th. I noted that the car charger was in the car on Saturday. I was delighted on Sunday to find a 2018 C-Max! My third Ford lease! I was told Honolulu Ford could take care 2015 C-Max lease. In transferring my personal belongings from the 2015 C-Max to the 2018 C-Max I noted again that the electric car charger was in the 2015 C-Max. A couple of weeks later, I was shocked and angry to receive an inspector's report charging me $500 for a missing electric charger...along with expected charges of excess mileage and wear and tear totally $807.85. I came down to search the car. No the charger was not there. On Wednesday, September 5th Ford Credit customer service person Randy called me ... we discussed the matter. He gave me loyalty waiver which reduced the balance from $807.85 to $493.71. Love my Ford car. I cannot say the same for Honolulu Ford.

Great customer service!

My experience at Honolulu Ford was outstanding. The personnell involved with helping me with my first time lease purchase were professional, curteous and indersranjnd. They went above and beyond to make it happen!

my experience was a delight! Everybody was very courteous!

Everyone was on time and they were very professional. From the time I arrived to the time I left and returned, I was taken care of! Wonderful place to do business with when everyone is so professional dealing with. I highly recommend this place.
