Everything went ok had one issue tho car came with one

Everything went ok had one issue tho car came with one key and had to buy another at a high price and not all the Kia floor mats were gone that come straight from manufacture other than that all ok

Pete my sales person was great, he’s very knowledgeable

Pete my sales person was great, he’s very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. His boss, Chad had very little room for negotiating. Ended up getting the undercoating rust protection and lux protection which was part of the deal that I didn’t want. After looking at the undercoating process I wasn’t impressed, lots of missed areas, undercoating all over the exhaust, skid plates, and on the exterior of the rocker panels. Black tar/paint that smokes every drive. They didn’t bother to remove anything to get at the hard to reach spots, so there’s a lot of untreated areas. My fault for not saying anything but that’s what I kind of expected and didn’t want to spent the money for that reason anyway. Overall pretty good experience.
