Had oil change/tire rotation done a few days ago.

Had oil change/tire rotation done a few days ago. Worst experience I ever had. After 4 previous service appts with me asking and wanting seat protector put on and being denied it finally went south. Previous times they would just give me the “don’t tell us gods what to do” and did not have any big issues. This time I watch shop hand bring pickup to shop and get out. His entire right backside was covered in floor grime and dirt! Checked drivers seat which has suede leather inserts and sure enough there was the floor grime etc ground into the righ side of my drivers seat and the inserts. I was furious and chewed some of the check in staff out pretty good! But Chris F. (service manager) did not believe I had any right to be upset. He believes his people have the right to crawl all thru a customers vehicle in dirty grimey shop clothes and the customer has no right to complain! He kept on telling me “well you got a free oil change for it”. He was implying I am some kind of scam artist looking for free services. All his service people just sat there and rolled their eyes at me as they also believe they do not have to take care of the customers property! I guess customers vehicles don’t mean anything to Eide Dodge service staff. They can do what ever they want and the customer is NOT allowed to get mad! Yes, I was furious and absolutely raised my voice and got after them as this was completely preventable had they put a seat protector on. Well I left and about 20 minutes later the arrogant service manager Chris calls and says he didn’t like the way I acted and talked to the people. So I am now banned from doing business there because I got mad at them for treating my vehicle like a garbage dump. Also Chris has also now taken away my bought and paid for free tire rotation since I bought the tires there. He stole what I have already paid for. You all need to watch when they bring your vehicle back to main area ... you will see them get out of your vehicle in their dirty grimey shop clothes with no seat protrector on!

Horrible service department had my truck for three days

Horrible service department had my truck for three days for seatbelts, to just tell me to come get it and it would be two weeks for seatbelts. Still waiting for call have tried to get service three times. No return calls. Have not reached out at all. It over the two week time frame they gave me. Wish there was another ram truck dealer less than a 100 miles away.
