Didn’t feel pressured, very friendly staff. Car had a broken windshield they agreed to replace, and the purchase process was relatively quick and completely painless. I would buy from them again

Dealer lied about the BMW we bought.

Dealer lied about the BMW we bought. Brakes and rotors broke 6 months later after 50000 miles. Cost us 7,500k to have fixed! He lied about tires! Said they were new. Year later after 10 k miles we put on it needs tires. I wouldn’t buy a dog from lying salesman and dealership at BmW Little Rock Ar!!

Just bought my first BMW and the staff did not

Just bought my first BMW and the staff did not disappoint! I had a great experience at BMW of Little Rock. I really can’t say enough great things. My sales person (Saif) was very knowledgeable, nice and professional. Saif patiently answered all my questions, both via phone before I went in to the dealership and after I arrived. It was a quick, smooth, low stress experience. My finance manager (Joseph) also made things as easy as possible on that side of the deal. Joseph also knows his stuff. So far, I am very pleased and impressed with BMW of Little Rock. Thanks again Saif and Joseph!

Saif Tareen is valued members of our team and we are glad he provided you with excellent service. We understand that purchasing a new car can be nerve-wracking, and we are happy to hear that Saif's knowledge and patience put you at ease. We will pass on your compliments to Joseph Rinchuso as well. Thank you for choosing BMW of Little Rock and we hope to see you again in the future. Kind Regards, Natalie Bruce - Internet Manager

They sold me a defective car.

They sold me a defective car. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM MCLARTY. Representative who sold me the car went MIA after purchase. UPDATE: 3 of the main speakers - 2 front speakers/woofers, and main control panel woofer were blown. Someone must have screwed with the car's main amp. This dealership was either complicit in this or incredibly incompetent in their inspection (as was I, I guess). Buyer beware of any used car here. Bought a used Mercedes GLS from BMW of Little Rock - McLarty Auto and unfortunately realized the premium audio system didn't work after picking up the car. I didn't do enough due diligence here and assumed that things would be in general working order. Took it to another dealership where they found the amp was not working and wasn't pushing power to all but two front door speakers. New amp purchased, fixed some problems, but not all. I've had the car at the mechanics for about a week total, now standing at $2500 worth of parts (Update: $3500) and labor without a resolution. Need to get through all door panels and wiring. McLarty did send some of the cost of the amp - but unfortunately that didn't resolve the issue. In the diagnostic report, shows the mileage when things went faulty and that was before McLarty took ownership. They say the audio was "working" but that's like saying the car works, and then you realize you can't drive above 35mph. Just go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.

I recently bought my first new BMW in December of 23.

I recently bought my first new BMW in December of 23. It is a 24 BMW iX. I recently reported issues with sound quality on the vehicle to the service department that I was having and showed them evidence that this was a wide spread problem on this year model. The service department did absolutely nothing to diagnose or solve my problem outside of running cursory diagnostics and asking a field engineer about the issue. Everyone says the problem is a functional limitation of the system. However, working with other owners with previous year models, this functional limitation doesn’t exist and I have provided evidence of that. Still, I was directed to corporate who just directed me back to service at my local dealer. Do not buy a BMW. They do not stand behind their product. Furthermore, this has been the worst customer experience from a brand that supposedly is big on the experience! Go buy a Hyundai and be treated better and save yourself a ton of money.

DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I bought 4 new very expensive tires 11/28/2022 for my mini cooper countryman. Now 7 months later and only 9000 miles my car is at the mini shop with a cracked rim ($1100) and worn tires that need to be replaced. Jack was NOT HELPFUL, told us we have to contact the manufacturer and that BMW only covers punctures as far as warranty. TELL ME HOW MY TIRES NEED TO BE REPLACED AFTER 7 MONTHS AND ONLY 9000 MILES??????

It was great working with Natalie, Tara, and Justin.

It was great working with Natalie, Tara, and Justin. Natalie stepped me through the details of my internet purchase and provided a nice video walkabout of my new 330e prior to my purchase. Tara got me up to speed on the various controls and the car in general. Finally, Justin made sure we got all the financial details correct and presented some interesting extended warranty options (still considering those). Very nice people and a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend BMW of Little Rock, especially for an internet purchase. The airport, hotel (Holiday Inn), dealership, and interstate are all literally within minutes of each other. So it's incredibly easy to fly in and drive out. Of course, you can also have your car delivered if desired.

Predatory Practice of this dealership

If you are buying a vehicle from this dealership beware of their predatory practices. My husband purchased a used car from this dealership at the beginning of the year. The dealership left off the Sales tax to make the deal look better and said nothing during the signing of the paperwork. When after a few weeks the tags did not arrive we called the dealership and were told that the tags were set to deliver and we needed to either go to the City Clerks office or be patient. After another month of waiting we went to the clerks office and found out that we owed 3000$ in taxes that no one from the dealership told us was not included in the financing. I have been informed that this is a predatory practice done by dealerships. I want all who go and use this dealership that they practice this and everyone should be aware how they treat their clients!

As of July 14, 2020, We have diagnosed the vehicle to need a water pump, valve cover, oil filter housing gasket, oil pan gasket with oil service, 6 injectors, 6 coils, 6 plugs, possible DME failure, and one tire. Customer states all of this work was done at local foreign car repair but parts on vehicle are date stamped 2009. Customer thinks they needs a DME (which they might) but without repairing these other items the vehicle faults will not be corrected.
