The car was not easy on the promised day.

The car was not easy on the promised day. And they didn't provide any update until I took a Uber ride there. Had to wait for another 3 days without a courtesy car.

They diagnosed my bad O2 sensor quickly. This is the 3rd bad sensor in 3 months. They got it fixed quickly and the customer service department was great

First I would like say that the new service facility is

First I would like say that the new service facility is phenomenal. Hayden was there to greet my wife and I as we pulled into the service drive. He was very helpful with getting me set up with Chris (service advisor). Chris made sure everything I requested was done properly and in a timely manner. After the vehicle was completed I noticed both Hayden and the technician that performed the services were vacuuming my truck before it was released back to me. Overall an excellent experience. Classic CDJRF will definitely keep my business! I would highly recommend them!

I took my car to Classic for routine maintenance (oil

I took my car to Classic for routine maintenance (oil change). Since Express Lane does not require an appointment, I just arrived and took my place in que. My Service Adviser set me up and sent me to the customer lounge. My car was ready more quickly than promised and was washed with the interior vacuumed! A great experience and I really like working with Chris Pierson, Service Advisor.
