My rep, Lathan was amazing at communicating and doing his best to take care of us. He should consider going to a luxury dealership. That’s where my positivity ends. The Maintenace service was incomplete which led to my car not working. They charged me for a mistake they made rather than refunding me for not completing the service I paid for or at least not charging me at all when my car went back. Way over priced for less than mediocre service. I would NEVER recommend this dealership and certainly will NEVER return.
