Overall experience was mostly pleasant and painless. Sales guys switched in the middle of the process and our latter mixed up our email address with a previous buyer, creating a bit of strife and diligence for us.

Service Advisor wasn’t very communicative.
Service Advisor wasn’t very communicative. I asked about a loaner car when he said they would need my vehicle for several days. He indicated there weren’t any available, but offered no other solution. I found out later (after calling back) from another employee that Jeep Wave may reimburse for a rental.
