The servuce center was great. Clean and someone was there waiting on me. I had an appointment but when I arrived they didn't show an appointment on their end. Which is funny because this appointment was scheduled by the salesman that sold me the truck some 6 mounths prior. Jarrod helped me. He answered all my questions and recommended i go ahead and have my oil changed while i was there. He said I can wait in the customer waiting area where they have coffee and donuts. The coffee machine was awesome but there wasn't ever any donuts, which would've been great with my espresso. After waiting a less than reasonable time, my truck was ready and they even washed it for me. Which was great because it had rained earlier that morning and my truck was dirty. I drive all the way from Waxahachie, even though there is a dodge house there, to this one in Arlington. I feel it's just a better experience and they really want to help in any way they can.

I started my buying experience at another Jeep dealership down the road from Classic that immediately was a mistake. We left that dealership discouraged and drove straight to Classic.
