Leased a new sportage and everything was great. No pressure from sales people and they worked with us to get to the payment we could afford. Our salesman Jeremiah was terrific and I recommend going there if you need a new car or lease.

Great team. Spoke with mgr on phone,told him what I needed. He came up with 3 cars and I went next day to try it out. I met Nathan, very nice young man. We took the car out. I liked it and bought. It. Carlos did all the paperwork and explained all options to me. I am very happy with my SELTOS and I am very happy 😊 with the professional, courteous treatment I received from everyone. I will recommend Mastria to anyone looking for a car. Again thank you Nathan.

The Team at the Kia service area were very communicative. Mr. Vernier listened to my concerns about my car. I went there to replace my rear shocks, I had replaced them back in august last year with an auto shop and they were already leaking. Went a few times to the same auto shop complaining of noises coming from the rear. And they claimed everything was fine. The guy that worked on my car claimed that worked at Kia previously. Shame on you. I decided this time to go to Mastria Kia. And not only they replaced my shocks but completed 3 Recalls I had that I thought only one was needed. What a great team. What a great job they did. Thank you guys for the great service. I will definitely come back for more services. Thank you.

The salesman was great. Service department not so much. Brought my car in at 35,000 miles AC wasn’t cold. Had to pay for the recharge and leak dye after being told they couldn’t find a leak. Recently brought the car in for service and service manager says mechanic noticed AC wasn’t that cold. 70,000 miles. Had to pay for the dye again and drove the car for 2 weeks. Bring it back and they found a leak in the rear AC. When I asked if this was the first leak manager said it couldn’t have been. I asked what’s next because obviously there’s 2 leaks, the one they fixed and the previous one they couldn’t find at 35,000 miles. They wouldn’t reimburse me for the recharge but did go through my extended warranty to cover recharging after fixing the leak. Sadly some of the service department has been replaced and the old employees didn’t take good notes so nobody knows exactly what was done the first time. Of the AC is still cold after another 35,000 miles I will know for sure the leak the fixed was the original one and should have been covered by the warranty and I shouldn’t have paid for anything.

I do not recommend Mastria Kia. They delivered my car with a rejection sticker on it! Unacceptable. With so many dealerships out there, avoid this one!

I used the link that was sent to me via text message from Mastria Kia, twice actually. The first link sent me to Mastria Volkswagen. Second link, same thing. So, that is where I left the review and made sure to mention Mastria Kia. Since Mastria Kia responded to this review, I assume the message was received by the proper channel. Sounds like there are many issues at the Mastria motor group.

Carlos the business manager is also very knowledgeable and helped me add an extra service to cover my car that made the most sense and did not try to push any of them on me like other car dealerships do.
