Elaine and Matt are the bomb! Easy purchase and they didn’t waste my time.

A few things. I’ve brought my car in because I purchased it from you to begin with. Second, after taking it to the Honda dealership I got a feeling that your service could be better. After the first service, and several hundred dollars later, I wasn’t happy but shrugged it off as maybe Honda wasn’t as thorough as Carshop. Recently my check engine light went on so naturally I looked it up as to what could have caused it and saw that there were about 3 possibilities. Knowing my car was within 500 miles to the next scheduled service as reminded to me with the sticker on my windshield that your service center put on as my reminder, I said ok I’ll ask Carsense to look into this while doing the regular service that they said was due. So I called to schedule my service appointment and mentioned that the engine light appeared and while you have the car to please look into it. The scheduler was pleasant and agreed. So I dropped the car off for the day. Entire day. Well almost $400 later the check engine light is fixed. Know what wasn’t done? You may have guessed. Yup. The regularly scheduled maintenance, fluids, etc was never done. Simple stuff guys. So now I’ve got not only a need to schedule a service appointment somewhere but I’ve also got an opportunity to spend more of my time and money that could’ve been prevented had your service center done what I initially called for. You’ve made it difficult to recommend anyone for acquiring or servicing a vehicle with your Cranberry Twp

No complaints. In and out within the time quoted to me. Efficient use of time. Very nice waiting area.

Excellent experience getting my car from here! It was so simple but not rushed. Not pressured like so many other car places. Patrick was absolutely amazing, I would definitely go back to purchase another vehicle and use Patrick!

This is my second purchase from Car Dhop. No hastle, quick and easy. 10/10 for Connor who made the process very easy. He was very efficient and was able to answer all of my questions. The facilities are clean and welcoming as are all the people who work there.

Best dealership ever to buy a vehicle. Hassle free salespeople with great prices and service. Couldn’t ask for any better service reps than Andrew and Randy. If you’re purchasing a vehicle from any other dealership then you’re not getting the best all around deal.

Bought three vehicles. one of the vehicles the clutch went out had to get towed. They said they put it on computer and nothing was wrong. Don't recommend. Were supposed to give me a call back never happened had to call them after 2 weeks. Did not help in no way. Their nice until you have a major problem. Don't bother contacting me you already said what you had to say, which was I'm basically not helping you.

My daughter and son-in-law and three grand children were driving from MD to Highland Mi for Christmas. Their van stopped at the turnpike and would not restart. The grandkids described their adventure of riding in a two truck and going to a big hotel and the fun they had. My daughter and son-in-law told us how they were worried about a possibly huge bill and were worried. But your service team worked tirelessly to find the problem. They got the van started and worked to try and find and correct the problem. While the little kids had a fun trip in PA your team was so very helpful. The kids were amazed at the true kindness shown.

Patrick was an amazing help when choosing a new vehicle. I was unsure on what type of truck would best fit my needs and he had answered all of my questions and worries. Everyone in the dealership was very straight forward as well did not try to steer me in the wrong direction and rush me to make a purchase I regret! I highly recommend this place to anyone buying a vehicle for the first time !
