We have now purchased our 4th car from CarsShop.

We have now purchased our 4th car from CarsShop. Why do we come back? They take care of their customers. Sales are a no-pressure matter. Service is ethical and honest. Our son is an auto mechanic. Often, we've called him and told him about a sound a car was making and he'd give a likely diagnosis and repair cost. My husband or I would take a vehicle in and be told the same thing, and the cost of repairs was spot on. No funny business. No sneaky up-charges or unneeded extras. So when it was time for our daughter to get her first car, there was no question where we were going. She was stunned at how easy it was. She's heard horror stories from her friends. Now she understands why we shop at CarShop. As a young female, she can take it for service and know she's going to be taken care of, not taken advantage of. Why buy new when we can save money and get a great deal?

Night and day difference.

Night and day difference. I had a security deposit down on a vehicle at a local dealership and was met with nothing but delays and issues. The opposing dealership never once removed the online listing, even after I paid the $500 holding fee, making me feel like the car was never mine. With CarShop, the listing was removed so fast, I couldn't even show my friends the car I just bought! The dealership was very vague as to when the car I purchased would be available for pickup. I made the deposit and submitted my finance information on a Saturday and by the next Saturday, I was still being told it'd be another 3-5 days after originally being told it'd only take a couple days from the get go. CarShop made the inspection and detailing a priority the following Monday, as a car that's actually been sold should be. Overall, this experience has taught me never to stray from CarShop. They were always transparent, always made me, the buyer, feel like a priority and actually got me a car in my driveway in less than one week. That's more than I can say about the dealership I originally "purchased" from.

Patrick shepherded my trade-in through all the hurdles

Patrick shepherded my trade-in through all the hurdles we encountered, and his boss worked to get the deal approved so I would not have to come back another day since I live 50 miles away, and the young man with the paper work patiently explained it all to me, so I was happy with the service I was afforded. And I am happy with the car I purchased, since I had spent weeks searching the Internet for the car with my particular requirements. I would recommend Car Shop Cranberry Township to my friends.

Purchased a Dodge Ram in 2022, went to pick it up and was told the gas gauge was malfunctioning. They said they would call when fixed.... One week later my car was washed and ready.. I made it about a half of a mile down Route 19 when my wife noticed all my wheels were profusely smoking... the calipers were all seized.... Took it back and still claimed that they test drove it. So I ended up leaving with a 2022 Nissan Frontier.. They sold me this warranty that covers everything Lies They said if I cancelled it i would get the money returned to me in a check!!!! Another Lie So far the nissan runs ok besides the fact that the wiper flew off on the way home but atleast it runs i suppose! Wow what $40,000 gets you these days!!! Stay far away from this place!!!! I dont know who tells more stories Car Shop or Biden!!!
