Very Poor Salesmenship
I brought my car here to sale due to someones recommendation. I drove 45 minutes to get here and the offer was so poor. I went on to their website to get an estimate. When I got there, the person who appraised my car was a total jerk. He was low balling me the whole time due to me being a woman. He stated that since he went up $500 that the offer was good for only 24 hours instead of the 500 miles that their policy states. Like you are doing me a favor. If it wasn't for people like me bringing in cars to be sold, you wouldn't even have a job. If you work in customer service, that is what you need to offer. Not bullying, and male authority. I bought a car from CARSHOP before, (another location) but trust me, this is the VERY last time I step into a CARSHOP. I will make sure that I let everyone I know not to come to the Cranberry location unless they want to be treated unfairly. The woman the greeted me when I came in Elaine, was amazing. I guess because she is a woman too, the appraiser was rude to her too.

Dan was amazing.
Dan was amazing. He was always extremely pleasant and we never felt pressured. Dan answered all of our questions and was very accommodating as we were making our decision. In the end we left very satisfied with the delivery of our 2019 Lincoln MKZ by Nate. Hats off to Dan and the Carshop team!

Josh V is my hero
I went to CarShop Cranberry TWP to sell my car. Unlike other dealerships only walked around trying to find a reason to cut the price down, Josh inspected my car carefully and gave an honest offer. Most of the traditional dealerships in the area offered a price lower than CarFax's value estimate. Josh's offer was on the high side of the estimate. Josh made me believe that CarShop would not try to make as much profit as possible from customers but doing a win-win business. More than that, I was in a rush to move. I did not know that CarShop would not pay on the spot. Normally it takes CarShop a few days to process the payment. Josh listened and understood my situation. He promised to help me get the payment in one day. Josh kept his word. Josh is a trustworthy and a great businessman. I wish him all the best.
