Got an oil change and tire rotation. Took about an hour as promised and the technician was very nice. Nice, clean waiting room with TV.

I worked with David Pari during my recent service appointment and cannot say enough about the great service I received. David took the time to go through each service job with me and even took me into the garage to show me what was wrong with my car. I’m very happy with the service provided by David and Boch Nissan South!

2nd time in a month to replace same tire. First time due to nail and second time there was a small hole in the new tire. Not in stock both times. Never contacted when completed. Both times I called and left voicemails, call was not returned, when I called back I found out service was already closed. When you call service, a random person who is not even in service answers the call and has no clue about what is going on. Both times I was leaving voicemails for people who weren’t even there.

Always happy with the service we receive and we always ask for Dave wjen we vome on for service he always gord above and beyond to help us. We have recently moved to upstate NY and we still drive here to have our car serviced

This is the 2nd time in a row that I’ve been super disappointed with the service center. It took 1 hour & 45 mins for a scheduled oil change.
