Danny serviced my car.

Danny serviced my car. Sent me a picture under the hood. Had a question had question about my car after service Danny called me the next day and answered my question. Very good service.

Awesome service and great communication from the service

Awesome service and great communication from the service department. They inherited a problem from another dealer in a different state, and walked me through the process and fixed my 2015 Chevy Tahoe. Ann my service advisor and Terry the service manager went above and beyond to ensure the motor was installed correctly. Super pleased and a very happy customer!!

Even though Ann and Terry played a big part in this process the real superhero was Ken the mechanic. Great guy and very thorough and knowledgeable!!

Just what I would expect from a Cadillac dealership! Excellent communication, excellent representation and my sales person Damon went above and beyond to make this an easy decision. I am out of state and I felt 100% confident in working with AutoNation Chevrolet and Cadillac in Amarillo Texas. Sales Management called three times to make sure EVERYTHING was going good and to ask me if I needed anything to call them personally. Ed in finance was professional and really excited that I had found exactly what I was looking for after 8 month of searching. Thank you Damon!

Great dealership!

Ann is THE BEST to work with! She is always friendly and helpful and she is very thorough about asking if my car is having any issues, if the wipers are doing their job, if I?ve noticed anything not working right, etc. I come from out of town to service my car and Ann always accommodates my appt and gets it in and out asap!

Five Star Service

In for an oil change and scheduled maintenance. Courteous service from Ann, as always. Car wash was a nice extra, welcoming in the much needed rain today. This dealer is my default for service on my Chevrolets.
