The first and last buying a vehicle from this dealership!

The first and last buying a vehicle from this dealership! Drove the car home the day we bought it and noticed some odd suspension noises. Saw the used car inspection list where the noise was noted and they supposedly repaired it before car being put out on the lot. We brought it in to get repaired and was told this would be covered under the 90 day warranty. I had stated I wanted a full alignment due to steering wheel not being centered and car jumps around on the road, it also had a knocking and humming noise. At time of drop off I went ahead and informed them about the free automotive detailing we were owed. After over a week of waiting for the vehicle to get repaired on, we got the car back still making knocking and humming noises, no alignment, no automotive detailing. Very disappointing experience. I understand we bought a used vehicle, but we expected a higher standard coming from a certified dealership. Was hoping to trade this in for the future to buy a brand new vehicle, but after this experience we will certainly not be coming back for any scheduled maintenance, repairs or future purchases.

Great Service

Recent oil change went smoothly. I was in on time and the wait was about 2 hrs (which is what was estimated). Colby V. was very kind and answered any questions I had regarding my vehicle.

I was towed in on March 13-14 for a battery/alternator

I was towed in on March 13-14 for a battery/alternator problem. My car was ready for pickup late in the day on March 31. I had requested that they keep the old battery since it was only a year old. I think almost three weeks is a little long to keep a senior citizen's car. AND THE BATTERY WAS NOT RETURNED! It will not let me fill in the optional below! Since I was towed in from the Potter County line after a 15+ hour trip from Houston and could not go to the grocery store for three weeks, my meals were not exactly nutritional; ramen noodles and canned soup! And I lost any potential to get a refund on the one year old battery.

My vehicle was towed back to your shop in less than 50 miles. This time the belt was gone and pieces of something were left on the pavement. Just picked it up and am hoping I can make it to Houston next week and then back. I hope the A/C is OK. It did not cool on the way home and Houston is a lot warmer than Amarillo. Everything seems to connected to the same system. They did say I would get it back in a week but they were able to get it back sooner so I could get ready for my trip (considering I only had the car back for a week since my last Houston trip. Thanks for the speedy repair.

Took my Cadillac in for an oil change, tire rotation.

Took my Cadillac in for an oil change, tire rotation. My car was ready within the quoted timeframe and also washed and dried. Both the service writer and the lady at checkout were very friendly.
