Had a service for new car ( Kona ultimate 2021) for oil change. As service level according to Hyundai service level guide for 18,0000 km is level 1 and not level 3 this is The service they done to my car and I should be charged $69.95 and not $385.61. Just imagine a big difference for the cost , Service Level 1.from level service 3. It’s not even 18,000 km. I need some clarification. My Kona is not hybrid. Hoping to hear from you soon.

I purchased 3 vehicles from Precision. Never again would I have anything to do with this dealership. My vehicle has been sitting in thier service department for 3 months ! No idea when it will be fixed or resolved by giving me a vehicle that isnt a lemon . Buyer beware when dealing with theses people.
