They do a good a job at the car, and they are very courteous to the client

This is my number 1 dealership so far when it comes to servicing my vehicle. Great customer service whether it’s not a warranty related or warranty related job. They are very honest and helpful when helping Hyundai vehicle owners . I’ve brought my vehicle to them couple of times for warranty jobs and they never failed to perform and fixed the issues for free. Other Hyundai dealerships are not helpful like Hyundai Gallery just to name one. I highly recommend Precision Hyundai and I will bring all my vehicles to them if they’re due for the periodic maintenance services and I will definitely prioritize them if I need another vehicle in the future.

First time servicing at this dealership, and I have to give them 5 stars!! Excellent communication, customer service, friendly staff and efficient. I wasn't happy with the NW dealership close to me, and I will be definitely moving my business to Precision Hyundai! Jackie was amazing! I feel like I can actually trust Precision to diagnosis accurately.

This is my second Tuscon (2.4L AWD) from this dealership and this time I bought the maintenace package, Michelin snow tires and alloy rims. I always get good service here and haven't had any major issues with either car. I use my vehicle for work and can depend on it getting me to sites safely through all types of weather.

Service advisor was well informed and answered all of our questions in a timely manner.
