I purchased a 2021 Santa fe luxury hybrid from Precision . It has been sitting at the dealership for a month and a half as they can't get parts to fix it. After talking with the service manager and the General manager they have no resolution and no time when they might have it done .

Context: Female, looking for a replacement for an old model Santa Fe. Welcomed into the dealership, there were obvious COVID protocols in place. I was promptly greeted by a sales manager and after a quick review of my needs/wants showed me options within my price range. The sales person was friendly, courteous, promptly responded to communication, went over many options and pricing alternatives, and went through the vehicle with me to ensure a smooth delivery!
