Precision Hyundai

Precision gets a 5 star review from me because they actually provided some service with my car service. From start to finish my service advisor was in contact with me. They had my vehicle in and out in a few hours, where as previous dealerships I’ve been asked me to leave it for the day, and then would never call me when it was ready to pick up. These guys provide a complimentary wash and inside wipe down, but don’t undercut that at all. The inside of my vehicle is immaculate. This is the best quality “wipe down” I’ve ever seen. They even left a little card on my dash thanking me for my business. Thoroughly impressed. The other Hyundai’s in the city could learn a thing for ten from Precision. I’ve found my Santa Fe’s new home!

I was in the market for a new car and had been shopping for a few months at many different dealerships when a friend of mine suggested looking at a Hyundai Genesis as he had heard good reviews about the product. When we arrived at Precision Hyundai, I was approached by Robert Koonan and within a few minutes I was shown a used Genesis. We went for a test drive in the car and during the entire time, Robert was very good about explaining the various attributes about the car. I felt comfortable dealing with Robert and he treated me with respect and sincerity.
