Purchased New Elantra GT Sport Ultimate

I purchased the all new 2018 Elantra GT Sport with the ultimate trim, one of the first to do so here in Alberta. As they have only just started to hit stores in Canada, there was some delay in getting the exact colour I wanted (Marine blue). This was in no way a negative reflection on Precision, but more a supply issue in Canada due to how new this vehicle is. Precision Hyundai was very helpful in providing me with updates on the status of my order, and even offering a free loaner vehicle once it was determined it would be more than a few days. All in all, my vehicle was delivered 9 days later than originally estimated, but Precision made sure I was aware of the situation with Hyundai Canada, and wanted to be sure that I was treated fairly and honestly and kept informed the entire time. I'll give Precision Hyundai credit for making me feel like my business and my experience with them is important after the initial purchase, too. It wasn't "thanks an good bye" once the papers were signed. They made sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable of my vehicle before I drove off the lot, making sure I was aware of all the vehicles tech and how to use it as well. From sales, to finance, I was treated very well and feel comfortable trusting my warranty servicing and general repairs to this dealership. I am absolutely loving the new Elantra GT Sport and look forward to years of great Precision Hyundai service.

2017 Sante Fe Purchase

It was a painless experience. Dusty was very responsive to my queries. They were quick in delivery and the vehicle was well presented when I picked it up. Knowledgeable, Pleasure to Deal With

I had to purchase a replacement vehicle for my 2017 Elantra that I purchased only 3 months ago that was written off in a accident. My insurance company was in contact with this dealership but specifically with Dusty O'Neil, right from the get go, Dusty was in touch with me and was sincere about my loss and ensured that when I was ready he would be there to help me. When I contacted Dusty he got back to me within a very short time frame. Dusty turned out to be very knowledgeable, extremely personable and you could tell that he thoroughly enjoyed his job. Dusty introduced me to Terrilyn who helped me with the financing. I must say that Terrilyn also enjoys her job, I appreciate the little extras that Dusty did, went through my vehicle with me, my license plate was slightly bent so he removed it and fixed it so it was straight. Dusty introduced me to the service and parts area showed me where to go on-line to book my service. Experience was smooth and sincere, I will recommend both Dusty and this dealership to friends, co-workers.

Wonderful buying experience

Robert helped us to turn a tragic experience into a wonderful buying experience. He was kind and patience, he listened to what we wanted and worked hard to get us it for us at the priice we needed. He even arranged for a service loaner so that I wouldn't be without a car until our new one arrived. Talk about going above and beyond! Terrilyn and Kim took care of the financing details and they made sure that we understood every step of the process. excellent friendly experience

Dusty was very helpful and knowledgeable in introducing me to and helping me understand the operating systems on my 2017 Tucson. Kudos to Stevie , Terrilyn and Kim for making the car buying experience pleasurable. It was well worth taking the trip out from Squamish B.C. to drive off with the Vehicle that we wanted.

Excellent Customer Service with no pressure sales!

We worked with Dusty O'Neill for our recent purchase of a Santa Fe XL and were very satisfied with the overall experience. Dusty provided a lot of background info and personal experience specially when it came to transitioning from our old mini-van to the new vehicle. He did not try to upsell and gave us an opportunity to think through all the options. In end he found us the vehicle we were looking for with the Color and Trim-levels that we needed. Our recent purchase of a 2107 Hundai Elantra Ss

This was our 4th Elantra since 2010. In the case of the last three vehicles our customer service representative was Dusty O'Neill. In every case he was both very knowledgeable and personable. He listened carefully to our concerns and worked very hard to meet our needs, especially with regard to our most recent purchase, the 2107 Elantra SL. He found us the model we wanted in the color we wanted. I would highly recommend him to any family and friends who are in the market for a new car. I would also like to acknowledge the assistance of Terrilyn Anderson for her courteousy and efficiency in guiding us through the financing of our new vehicle.
