Excellent experience with salesperson Dusty. Had just came from an extremely negative experience at Calgary Hyundai during the signing of a purchase contract with the sales manager there. Lying, attempted bullying and trying to sneak through changes to the sales contract, rate, and price resulted in me walking out of that dealership. Even explaining all this to the general manager of Calgary Hyundai later through email never resulted in any form of explanation for his sales managers actions. After walking into Precision within an hour of leaving Calgary Hyundai, and meeting Dusty, going through the whole sales process again, having everything explained up front, and being treated with respect, I purchased that exact same Tucson that same afternoon. Thanks Dusty and Precision for making this car purchase the enjoyable, and exciting experience it should be.
