This is the fourth car i have purchased from Dusty and there are many reasons why. He provides not only the most amazing customer service but his knowledge of his cars is second to none. This was our second time dealing with Dusty at Precision Hyundai. He listened to what we needed, made some suggestions, and then did what needed to be done for us to get the car. There was no pressure selling tactics. He stuck to what our budget was and made it happen. Dusty is easy to work with and very knowledgeable. The moment we had bought the car, he got it in for inspection and detailing. When we went to get the car, he took the time to explain everything we needed to know and made sure to remind us that he was just a phone call away if we needed help. Ready to trade in my 2011 Tucson for a 2017, I was not looking forward to the "process". This all changed when I met with Bill Speeroff. Bill was very attentive and calm throughout the negotiating phase. When I came to pick up my new Hyundai, Bill spent an hour showing me all the whistles and bells. He even synced my phone to Bluetooth. He asked me to check the car for any visible deficiencies (there were none), popped open the hood to show me where washer fluid etc are located and made sure that I was comfortable with the car.. Excellent experience. Also special mention re Terrilyn who took care of financing, registration,etc. A great experience overall and I have a great vehicle to boot!! .

Our family has now bought 5 vehicles from Dusty (mostly Santa Fe's but also Tucson). Some were new and some were used. In all cases, we were delighted to work with Dusty. We appreciate the helpful, no-nonsense approach. He was able to find vehicles that fit our needs and help us through the buying process. The experience I had purchasing a brand new Hyundai Accent was amazing from the very beginning. The salesperson that came out to greet me when I arrived was Dusty O'Neill - the same person that sold me my very first brand new car 18 years ago! Such a great coincidence because the dealership I went to all those years ago was no longer there and I just happened to walk into the one where Dusty works. From that point on it was all fun - he was great with my nephew, super warm and friendly with my other family members and friends that came at different times throughout the process, and incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles, of course. Everyone else at the dealership was also very warm, professional, and really, really nice to do business with... especially for such an important purchase.
