Excellent experience buying a new Hyundai Elantra
It was a great experience buying a new 2017 Hyundai Elantra and dealing with Mr. Dusty O'Neil. From the beginning, Dusty was knowledgeable of the product he was selling, helped us in all the aspects of the purchasing the vehicle: from renting us a car from his dealership until the new car arrived up to the delivery of the new car. His advice was awesome, his recommendations were of an experience dealer, walking through all the new features of the car at delivery proved that Dusty had patience, common sense, good presentation skills, all skills that makes him a great car dealer. If I were to buy a new car, that would be for sure with Dusty. Thanks man, you made our experience a pleasant one!

Great repeat experience for new Sante Fe
We had a great sales experience with our first insurance-replaced Sante Fe Sport. Most recently we upgrades our 2014 with a 2017 model. We were once again very pleased with the service provided by Dusty. Dusty went above and beyond to make this experience very straightforward. He was very knowledgeable and patient when he described all the new features and demoed them for us in a test drive. Kim was a great help on th financing side helping us navigating the murky waters of the financing process. We received a very fair trade-in value for our 2014 car - I did a fair amount of research to confirm we received a great deal. I would recommend to all of our friends and family Dusty and Precision Hyundai for all car purchases.

Great experience
From seeing the car to the purchase, it was a quick, welcoming and pleasant experience. Robert helped me out a bunch and provided everything I needed. Felt welcome and willing to return for future needs. Finance team was amazing and helped me get the right deal.

I chose to purchase a Hyundai because of Robert
I was torn on which 3 row crossover to buy. To be honest, none of the current crossovers really excited me too much, but I knew I wanted one and it was only a matter of deciding which manufacturer I would go with. A large part of my decision was based on price and consumer reviews/ratings, but after visiting a few dealerships and meeting Robert at Precision Hyundai, I knew that If at all possible, I would rather purchase my car from him than any other sales person I had met during my search. I've never owned a Hyundai, but I feel very confident in my purchase because of the people I have met so far at this dealership. Not only did Robert patiently go over all the feature of the car with me, he also gave me some good pointers on my golf game. Kim Mark in the Finance department was also a pleasure to deal with.

Honest and Friendly
We were apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle, but Robert answered all of our questions and put us at ease. When he knew what were were looking for he found us a great deal, and treated us kindly and with respect. The followup by Terrilyn was efficient and courteous. DISSATISFIED
I switched from Galery dealer because of the quality of the service to precission which the service has been good and now I have been customer of this dealer for a while, but the last 4 services I have had complaints that I do not think have been taken into consideration and Now The attention by phone in the service department is unfriendly and not welcome I felt uncomfortable and annoying and not that I was being catered for to require a service. I hope that the excellent sericivio I received previously will return, to avoid switching to another dealer. Thanks for the attention
