Glad we made the "Precision Decision"
We are extremely pleased with our experience at Precision. We simply went to browse with intention to purchase within the next few months. Chris was a pleasure to deal with, answering numerous questions and providing followup. After returning later in the day we test drove two vehicles and without hesitation decided to make the leap. Amazing experience and customer service
I was referred to precision hyundai to get my new vehicle and I am extremely happy I did. Robert Koonin was awesome, he answered any questions I had and was just an all around pleasure to work with before and after the purchase. I never felt pressured at all in the entire experience and I felt that Robert and the rest of the crew at precision had my best interest in mind from start to finish. Getting a vehicle at precision hyundai was like no other car purchase I have ever experienced, I don't think I will get one from anywhere else and I highly recommend anyone on the market for a new vehicle to go to precision hyunda. Amazing Experience Once Again at Precision!!
I have to date bought two used cars from Precision, one in 2015 and one just last week. Both times my experience was awesome. Its nice to know people in the car industry you can trust, and the team at Precision is just that. The used car manager Omar has been just great to me over the years. There sales staff as well are great, I dealt with Billy and he is an honest, easy to deal with salesman who never pressured me to buy! It took me 6 months to decide! Needless to say this dealership has my business for the years ahead anytime I buy a car.

The Dynamic Duo!
The Dynamic Duo I never thought we would walk into a dealership to buy a used car, but fearful of previous kijiji experiences, I thought we would give it a shot. Our little 4 door sedan wasn't gonna cut it anymore for our growing family so we decided to take the leap and maybe buy a minivan. We had gone to other places and tried our hand at some individually owned dealers, but just felt it was more about the sale and not about us. This was our first "brand name" dealership visit and weren't expect much... boy were we wrong! We were kindly greeted by Ziad and he generously gave us space to wander. A few vehicles caught our eye but still nothing jumped out. Ziad came back and talked to us and gave us his pitch but it wasn't what we expected... he actually listened to us! It was so refreshing, he was very sympathetic and asked all the right questions best fitted for our needs. He's truly a great personality and so easily likable, and made us feel so comfortable, we actually decided on a SantaFe SUV. He brought us in office to fill us in on the formalities of everything which is where we met with Omar. We instantly saw the shared resemblance and we're pleased that the character and charisma was also shared with the two brothers. He presented us with our options and explained in English how everything would work, and we were so happy he didn't try to pressure us with any gimmicks. We were immediately drawn to him aswell and extremely happy to buy from him. This brotherly combo showed an excellent display of customer service at its finest and buried our salesman stereotype. A great floor salesman followed up and supported by a great leader proved to be the shining moment for us and ultimately helped us make our final decision. Thank you Omar and Ziad for makeing our car buying experience a great one!

Gave me 1 car option - Take it or leave it- I left!
On May 13-2017 I went in to see what Precision Hyundai could do to lower my Vehicle Payments. I spoke to a Gentleman 2 Weeks ago and I booked today @ 10:30 am to discuss my options. I knew that a newer Vehicle (I had a 2011 Hyundai Genesis) would Lower my Interest rate. I was greeted with confusion about having an appointment - Then within 10 minutes, without even looking at my car they said that the 2011 Hyundai was only worth 6 to 8 thousand tops and showed me 1 very dirty Vehicle and told me this is the only Vehicle that they could help me with. I am so glad that I only wasted 15 minutes here and went to another dealership and they gave my 13 thousand for a trade in - actually 15 thousand but that is because I was buying a 2016 Vehicle- The other dealership took me for a test drive in 3 different Vehicles and lowered my Payments from 14 percent to 2.9 percent. Love Hyundai Vehicles- Worst experience at a car dealership ever. Maybe some people want to fall for your lack of Customer Service and listen to your quick Sales LIngo that must be costing people thousands of dollars. Cannot believe that there are so many Great Reviews for this dealership - Well it got me in and I left as fast as I could. Been warning everyone I know of this dealership!!!! BUYER BEWARE - Do not fall for their extreme bending of the truth and be prepared to see what the Vehicles they are trying to sell You are not jacked up by 3 to 4 thousand dollars from other dealerships.

Outstanding Experience at Precision Hyundai
I just recently purchased my second and third vehicle from the professionals at Precision Hyundai. I purchased a Hyundai Genesis and a Hyundai Tucson and both transactions have been outstanding. The treatment and professionalism that my wife and I received from Omar and Robert was first class and second to none. These gentlemen know their business and were extremely thorough in understanding our requirements and then delivering the right vehicles to us.
