I was in the market looking for a SUV as my truck was not big enough for our Family. I was referred by my wife to go and see Ziad, and my first impression was excellent. Ziad was very helpful and easy to talk to, and he completely understood my situation. Ziad helped me find an amazing vehicle in the 2017 Santa Fe sport. I came into Precision Hyundai looking to buy a new car, as i had recently suffered a total loss of my last car. Robert Koonin in sales helped me pick out an amazing new 2017 Hyundai Elantra, Robert certainly goes above & beyond in customer service, as well as spending lots of time providing me with information on all the features of the car, and has been following up with me to see if i have any further questions. Terrilyn along with Tinh in Finance explained all the details of my loan very clearly and made the whole finance process quick and painless. Anyone looking for a new car should come and see Robert at Precision Hyundai as he takes the time with customers and asks all the right questions to make sure you are getting all the features that you want in your new car purchase, it was a pleasure to have made the Precision Decision.

After finally deciding to taking the plunge on a new car purchase, I made a trip to Precision as part of my search. Dreading the whole process, I was pleasantly surprised by the help I received from Matt Dewar. He listened to what I was looking for, and found me exactly that! I never felt pressured into the sale, and ended up returning to Precision to make the purchase after trying other vehicles in its class (the warranty alone is unbeatable). xxxx, Matt even recommended I try all of the competitors before making my decision. The sales team was very welcoming, and actually valued my patronage. They even called me back promptly when I left messages, as I had a few "noob" questions about the sale (my vehicle was ordered; Matt found me the exact model/colour I was after). They patiently answered all of my questions and concerns, and the whole process was smooth. I have even received follow-ups from Matt Dewar and the sales manager, Matt Campbell, who wanted make sure I was completely satisfied. My only complaint is the price they charge for the protection package (3m, rust, paint, etc), but Tinh and I negotiated a reasonable compromise. I am completely satisfied with my experience at Precision, and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

I shopped around to test drive a few vehicles, and I really didn't like the the other car dealership customer service experience. Precision was a different story. Robert and Tinh both did a great job. The understand what it means to put the customer first. I really appreciated how caring, honest and attentive Robert was. He is in a class of his own. Highly recommend this dealership.

For years I would go from dealership to dealership looking for the right car, right price and right service. Well the staff at Precision Hyundai has solved this problem. I have now purchased 3 vehicles over the past 3 years for my family and I just go directly to Precision. Each time we found the right vehicle and the right price to meet our needs and budget. The service from the sales staff, Corey, sales manager, Omar and Finance, Terrilyn, were great to deal with. No pressure tactics, well informed, made to whole process to buy a vehicle very easy. Robert Koonin was the sales associate we dealt with when purchasing our new vehicle from Precision. this was our third purchase from Precision and the best experience yet. Robert was friendly and knowledgable of the vehicle and various features/options. He was very professional and went the extra mile taking (listened to our needs, found us the vehicle we wanted, provided a thorough walk through of the vehicle and its feature upon delivery, assisted us in syncing our phones through bluetooth, and followed up once we got home to make sure we were safe and loved the car). i would highly recommend Robert and Precision Hyundai to friends and family.

This dealership was both willing and able to get us into a new car within 24 hours. There was a lot of haggling over the particulars but we drove away happy customers, hence this review. Mr. Dusty W. O'Neill is a smooth salesman and a pleasure to be around. He helped make this experience both memorable and pleasurable. Although we didn't get the factory direct vehicle we were looking for, we did get what we wanted, we just didn't know it at the time ;) Thank you Precision Hyundai, all the best Dusty!
