I just want to give a shout out to the service department. When I have brought my 2016 Escape in for service, the concern has been addressed to my satisfaction. Trevor has been outstanding as a representative of Island Ford and very knowledgeable about Ford products.

I arrived on Vancouver Island (from Cranbrook) for business purposes and due to mileage required "The Works" service package on my Ford F-150: change oil and filter, rotate tires, inspect brakes, belts, hoses, etc. Service Advisor Boris Jurcic provided excellent customer service and also ensured that my truck was washed at conclusion. Service Detailer James Reimer did a great job washing the outside of the F-150 and also cleaned up the floor mats and dash for me! The service report I received was professional and to the point. I noticed that everyone seems to be happy working at this dealership. Great job all ... keep striving for excellence!

Dave Faithfull at Island Ford Superstore, Duncan, is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, friendly & “no pressure” sales people I have ever met. Having spent my entire working life in Service Industries, including sales, I was so pleasantly surprised at Dave’s professionalism & the manner in which he handle my mothers’ purchase a few months ago. I was so impressed with him that I came over to Duncan from the Lower Mainland for the express purpose of purchasing my 2014 Ford Escape from Dave. I had a great experience with Island Ford and this recommendation is specifically for the big guy ABE LEE. We had been looking at a truck for a couple days and due to some last minute issues that popped up with our current vehicle we decided to purchase on a Friday night before leaving for a family vacation the next morning. Abe stuck around with me until late Friday night to ensure everything from insurance to financing went through. Super friendly, no pressure and thoughtfull follow ups -I would highly recommennd Abe.
