Our initial reception was very prompt and pleasant, without our feeling we had been pounced on! Rob Martin was sincere, conversant, and cared about us as people, as opposed to just pushing for his next sale. The atmosphere of the shop was clean, efficient, friendly, and relaxed. After the interview we were given dealer plates and test drove the car for the rest of the day! None of this 20 min ride with the salesman looking over your shoulder. Trust level was stellar! (They serve good coffee in their comfortable reception/waiting area.) Once the deal was made, we were taken to the finance and insurance offices to take care of all the paperwork. All on site! No running to the bank or the licencing/insurance offices. Bonus - we are thrilled with our purchase! Thank you for fighting for us too, Rob!
