Dont Trust Dealership

They will sell you a "Certified" car and when things start going wrong literally the day after you drive it off the lot you are on your own. Not to mention 2 years in when you are stuck with a insane monthly payment and they will do nothing to look at it unless you pay FOR EACH ISSUE TO JUST DIAGNOSE. I was sold a 70k lemon that is unsafe to drove and am stuck with.

Leased a 2020 Discovery Sport!

Land Rover Paramus was a pleasure to work with. Easy, customer centric, and pleasant professionals! Highly recommend if looking for a new vehicle! The whole team from the front door to prepping the car to take home were top notch!

How not to run a dealership

Do not, and I can’t stress this enough, ever visit this particular location expecting to receive any level of customer service. 13 emails, 8 voicemails from their internet sales over a period of weeks, 2 calls on the actual day to confirm we were coming to purchase 1 of the 2 vehicles post test drive. The internet sales department got the wrong time, they lost the car and the other had sold. After an hour of walking around between the zombie staff asking them for updates we gave up and departed to Merc and BMW. They didn’t even apologise and shrugged shoulders at reception. I have owned a Range Rover before and while the maintenance was eye watering, I was willing to give it another shot with CPO but there is no comparison with Darien v Paramus for service. I assume they would lose my car or accidentally sell it in the mass confusion that circles the premise. To add : We received an email from a bot asking if we enjoyed the test drive and experience or if we had any further questions. The left hand is not talking to the right.

BEWARE - Land Rover, Paramus reneged on our deposit!

On Friday, 12/13/19, my husband visited Land Rover, Paramus to see if they had a white 2019 Discovery for me. They did, and he asked them to hold it until 3:00 the next day so that I could go and look at the car. They said they could hold it until 3:00 Saturday if he left a $500 deposit. My husband happily left the deposit and said we would be back the next day. On Saturday morning, the sales person at Land Rover, Paramus called my husband and said that there was another customer interested in the car. My husband told him that we were very interested in the car and that we would be there, as agreed, at 3:00 to see the car. Less than an hour later the sales person left my husband a voicemail saying that they sold the car. I am not including the sales person's name, because he said that his managers told him to sell the car despite the deposit. The story has a happy ending, however, because we went to Ray Catena Land Rover in Edison and couldn't be happier with our new 2019 Discovery. I highly recommend Ray Catena Land Rover, Edison.

Fraudulent

Range Rover advertised as Certified Pre-Owned with warranty but is not. They say it is a mistake that they are trying to take care of......I said change the ad??
