I had an appointment to test drive a vehicle, and when I got there, the vehicle wasnt ready for me to test drive. It took well over an hour before they had the vehicle ready, and the keys available to test drive. On top of that, the sales person Derek wasn't very helpful. Gave me a very low offer on my trade in, wouldn't move on any of the numbers for a new vehicle. Overall he just didn't seem ambitious to make a sale.

I had a excellent experience with the gentleman that waited on me and he was very helpful to me and trying to keep me in my parent price range. He tried his hardwst.

I would not buy or service a vehicle here again.

I would not buy or service a vehicle here again. I bought a used f150 from them with all sorts of issues before they made repairs prior to purchase. I stayed consistent in asking for updates, which when it comes to getting solid communication- particularly with their sales manager Cameron who didn’t even come for the sale of the truck and hasn’t returned my call surprisingly.. Once they completed repairs they mentioned they had a ‘VIP’ set an appointment to see and if he doesn’t buy I’m next in line. Right there I should have walked away. During sale I mentioned multiple issues that weren’t mechanically address or followed up on until I pushed on it. I waited over three hours for a ‘detail’ which was a joke. Only partial vacuum, spray down. Had wiring hanging from pod lights, exhaust clamps missing, coolant low. They wouldn’t budge on pricing even though they made 20k between the sale and my trade in. They filed my paperwork wrong and wasn’t at all thorough which they still haven’t called me back about. Gave me a loaner to address repairs, I had suspicions for coolant intrusion in heads which I took pictures of some combustion chamber prior to giving them the vehicle with questionable scoring. That give it back saying the tested everything and used borescope to check chambers. Well I knew that was a lie because I did the spark plugs and the ignition coils had not been removed- mounted bolts broken taking them out. All documented which I may end up reporting after a evaluation. All in all a bunch of liars who don’t value customers.. unless you’re ‘VIP’ that is.

Complete trash!

Complete trash! I contacted the dealership via the phone to express my desire to trade my current vehicle. (A fully loaded 2020 Jeep Gladiator Overland Edition with all available options) I informed them prior to my visit that I would need close to KBB value on my trade. The KBB value on the Jeep was between 28.5K to 20.5K. I arrived at this dealership 2.5 hours later after being informed that they would get my close to the KBB value. The insulting figure they arrived at was 22K. STAY VERY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR EQUITY IN TRADE VALUE!!! The worst experience in my vehicle shopping career! GO ELSEWHERE....

While traveling through the area in mid-December of last

While traveling through the area in mid-December of last year, my vehicle’s check engine light came on. I stopped at this dealership and was impressed by the attention received. The nice man in the service department was not only friendly and professional but had the problem diagnosed and I was able to continue on my way within half an hour. Speaks very well for the dedication to service given that I am out-of-state and not a potential repeat customer. Well done!

Blaise Alexander Ford of Mansfield

Ordered a 2024 Ford Maverick XLT on November 15, 2023. Was told to it would probably at least 4 months or more before I could expect the truck. Truck arrived on February 8, 2024, just shy of 3 months after I ordered it. Arrived exactly as I ordered it. The purchase process was exactly as promised, answered all my questions, offered dealer installed options, but no pressure applied at all. Vehicle was expertly prepared for me, full tank of gas, a full demonstration of features, lots of time for me to explore and ask questions. I recommend this dealer and all the staff to anyone who wants to be treated excellently, professionally and most of all as a friend and valued customer. Thank you to my salesman and new friend, Brandon Deming. Well done sir...
