Poor customer service

I would say go somewhere else. Found a 2012 truck on line, with low mileage, nice price. On Monday we take the HOUR AND A HALF drive to go check it out. We find the truck, salesman jokes about the service manager or whomever using the vehicle as their own. Which was apparent by the inside. Dog hair all over the back seat. Kids drawings in the pocket. Straw wrapper on the floor (which I picked up and put in center console). You could tell that this truck was being used. What further cemented it was the mileage from the listing vs the odometer was almost 1,000 miles more. No biggie, let's take her for a spin. Husband loves it and we decide to buy it. So, come Wednesday we go in to sign the paperwork 2 hours later we finally can leave. At this point I'm tired!!! 1.5 hours for waiting on paperwork is tiring and boring!!! The truck is out front waiting, I figured it's all ready to go. Now mind you I have purchased at least 7 brand new vehicles and 6 used ones over my lifetime. Every dealership has made that car shine on day of pick up. So, silly me, I assume (we all know that danger) this dealership does the same. I get in my car & drive away. My husband gets in the truck. My husband, not wanting to cause a scene says nothing. That truck was as gross as it was the day we test drove it!! For god sake, the straw wrapper was still in the console!! All they did was wash the outside & armor all the floor mats!! I took pictures & notified them that I was not happy. They said "oh bring it back we'll clean it up for you & give you a free oil change" Um hello, they know we love an hour and a half away!! I ask for them to at least consider my drive time, my gas, my mileage etc for coming the hour & half, wait for them to clean it, then drive home, and to please contact a local dealership around me to complete a job that should have been attended to during the two days they had to prep it. Their response...crickets!! So, be warned future buyers. Customer service and customer consideration is not their forte.
