Very helpful and quick

I took my Expedition to have routine service done along with a few repairs to the running board and fuel door. They were upfront that the extended warranty may not cover the repairs but they will do everything they can. After they placed multiple calls with the warranty company they were able to get my $2000+ repairs covered by the warranty. The repairs themselves were done very quickly. The only knock I have on the experience is that they don?t have guest Wi-Fi that I could work on and the building gets poor cell service so my hot spot struggled.

Oil Change

Disappointed in the service I received. I decided to try Blaise Alexander because they are close to my work and I could drop off the car instead of taking time off to go to the garage local to my home for a simple oil change. When i picked the car up, the seat was moved so far forward I couldn't get in, I think it's just good customer service to put the seat back where it was (or as close as you can get) when you are done moving the car. Also, they didn't vacuum the car. It may just be me, but every garage I've ever gone to has vacuumed as part of the oil change service. They advertise a multi point inspection where one of the points is to check all fluid levels (specifically saying windshield wiper fluid). Two days later, needed to use the wiper wash and it was empty...guess they didn't check that fluid. I wonder what else they say they check but actually don't? Also charged me $134.00 for an oil change and tire rotation, i guess i paid for convenience but i definitely did not get my money's worth! I just don't have the confidence in this dealership, I think I will take a day off work next time I need an oil change.
