Again Ron and the gang in the service department are always great. They are professional in every way. Ron kept me informed of what Brad the mechanic found and their recommendations. Upon completion Ron covered the road warranty on my new tires. It?s fair to say that I?m in good hands when I bring my car in for maintenance. Thanks again

The damaged my transmission beyond repair, lied about
The damaged my transmission beyond repair, lied about replacing a lower cooler line under oath. Never in a million years would I think a Volvo mechanic could possibly do this to a car with a 146k miles on it and blamed me for the lack of maintenance but my Carfax proves other wise. They think they won a civil suit, I record everything Mr Casey. HA!!!

Went to Faulkner Volvo to look at certified used XC90 cars. I have a 2008 XC90 that I love and wanted to purchase another which I did. The salesman and men in the service area were very helpful. Definitely recommend this dealership.
