Replaced my 2008 F-150 with a 2019 F-250

Craig is a pleasure to deal with. He is attentive to what I want, not what the dealership wants. I have worked with him before and I was equally satisfied when he sold me a Ford Escape hybrid. 7

Buying and Service Poor

Brought my car in for a service and warrantee work because of a front end noise. They charged me because the noise was from a tire which they said was not under warrantee but I have a warrantee pamphlet in the car for the tires which were installed by the factory. I asked why one tire was worn so badly and the others were fine. They couldn't tell me. I bought new tires elsewhere and they said that one tire was worn because of over inflation which Monadnock Ford created as the tires were filled with nitrogen. Not only did they cause the issue but they charged me for the issue which should have been taken care of under warrantee. My buying experience of my car was also horrible. I buy lots of Fords as I travel but this is my first and last time coming here for sales and service.

Not the place to shop for a car.

If you want to buy a vehicle and you want no results, get treated and be looked at in a negative way. You want to work with a manager that does not want to work with you. Well this is the place for you, ask for Jesse Rouse, he is the business manager at this location. Throughout my life I have financed many vehicles and I have never encountered a deal with a human that sells cars for a living and not once did he show me any effort to work with me to be able to finance me to get a vehicle. If your credit score is not above 650 don’t waste your time. I got looked at like I had just came out of the sewer. I Left out of this place and two hours later I was able to finance a vehicle at a different dealership with the same credit and the same down payment that I had offered and even got a better vehicle that I wanted to purchase at his dealership. Not the place to shop for a car-but the perfect place to get degraded- Thanks Jesse for pushing me away and opening my eyes to able to get a better deal, and realize they are still real sales men that car for the customers.

They refused to honor the state law

I bought a truck from this dealership for 24000 dollars November 24. as soon as I got my regerstration I had a inspection and it failed.When I asked them to fix the problems I was told I bought it as is.I explained that a dealership cannot sell an as is without telling me it wont pass a state inspection.The manager told me they can and sell me a truck and if I drove it off their lot and it broke in two I owned both pieces.This means I can not buy a truck from anywhere in New Hampshire because there is no lemon law.Thier salesmen where just as rude to me and told me I could not have the truck repaired there anyways and to get it worked on somewhere else.If this is how they treat a customer they should not be in buisness and I hope they will try to be more honest with their customers in the future after I bring this mater to the B>B>B ,Atourney general, and court.Sincerely Joseph V Dunchus

Great experience

Robert Exblom and the sales team at Monadnock Ford ensured us of a great sales experience. We reviewed used and new trucks before finally settling on the we drove home. Robert took the time to listen to our needs and weighed all aspects before suggesting the version that best fit us. Jesse Rouse did a great job of explaining the financial process to complete the sales agreement. We would definitely send our friends back to the team of Monadnock Ford.

CJ was really great. He took care of everything quickly, efficiently, and has a wealth of knowledge to share. I would likely come here again!

Quality Service

Service staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. Repairs were done promptly. Had to have door locks fixed (first time was under old management Rountree Ford. Staff was great. Waiting area comfortable and accessible.

Service department staff were friendly, timely, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Definitely will return. A very hospitable dealership. I do not need to say anything else.
