BUYERS BEWARE!

BUYERS BEWARE! STAY FAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Recently bought a Tesla from here. The sales agent (Jordan) was rude the whole entire time we were making a deal. Any concerns I would bring up he would literally laugh and then make a comment like I was an idiot for asking about the cars working conditions and scratches. He was the most unprofessional salesman I have ever dealt with and I have bought around 35 cars in my life. From here it only got worse and worse. They delivered my Tesla with severe damage. They acted like I was crazy at first, but then I said I took a long video and many photos of it when it got delivered and then they pretended to care. They said it’d get taken care of no matter what. I had to be the one to reach out to them nonstop over and over again or they would have never called once. They just kept giving me the run around saying it’d be taken care of but nothing got taken care of ever. Long story short the sales manager Jimmy does not reply to my messages anymore and even after an email to the manager of the this whole location Eli, they still haven’t replied and nothing was taken care of. So now I am having to sue them and take them to court. Such a waste of time. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR AND LIE UNTIL INK IS ON PAPER.

My family and I drove over an hour today to reserve a car

My family and I drove over an hour today to reserve a car for my sister with our appointment scheduled at noon. Upon our arrival the car was parked in the front and we were promptly greeted. The vehicle was in immaculate shape and we were provided a carfax report which further supported our desire to purchase the vehicle. Unfortunately this dealership is not transparent with their prices. They tried to force a warranty package on us and continued to try to sell it even after my repeated attempts to cut the salesman off because he was wasting his time pitching something we had no interest in purchasing. Had they stood down and removed the warranty package we would have moved forward with signing for the vehicle. TL;DR beware of this dealership getting you in the door with their attractive prices and then blindsiding you with exorbitant add-ons in which they refuse to work with you on

I recently purchased a car at Vins.

I recently purchased a car at Vins. I did a lot of research and went to many dealerships. The atmosphere at Vins is very professional. I worked with Hakeem and the buying process from start to finish was smooth, efficient and fast. I was traveling from out of state so I very much appreciated being able to set an appointment to have the car ready to test drive and the attention the staff gave to making the process meet expectations. I definitely recommend Vins for your next car purchase.

Bought a cargo van from them about 2 months ago.

Bought a cargo van from them about 2 months ago. Had lemonsquad do an inspection first to make sure that there was nothing wrong. minor things came up, but overall it looked good and report was mostly clean. fast forward a week or 2. van got delivered. looks good. we were happy. start to drive it. drives well. go to open the back door, key doesnt work. Tried the FOB. nothing. So i msg the guy who inspected mt van before i bought it and ask him if he checked all the locks. Straight up says " well the vehicle was pretty big so i did my best, but forgot to check all the locks. WOW! So rightfully I am pissed off. Contact lemonsquad through email(they have no phone numbers listed.) They tell me they stick with his insepction but give me 75 dollars off. I freaking bought this van based on their inspection! So next i reach out to the dealership and tell them I have found multiple issues now. Sliding door doesnt close. Interior light doesnt turn off. power window on drivers side doesnt go down. I speak to the manager Jimmy. And first I tell him i paid 232 dollars to fix the back lock. the cylinder was broken. and not listed o nthe report. He says he will send me a check for that part. Still no check. Then i tell him the other issues. He says well things d break. And according to him EVERYTHING was working just fine before i bought it. So it all died just as i bought it? Sure. So now, I have to fix all these things. The dealership claims they aren't a, as Jimmy called it, a "Gotcha dealership". Yet they have done nothing to help me. So i paid to get lights fixed and locks fixed. Cant even find anyone remotely affordable to fix the power window! So now I just found out the window defroster doesn't work. doesn't even blow air at all! So my windows frost up and stay that way on a cold morning. I am so beyond pissed off. They want these negative reviews updated and/or removed, they better try and fix this! BE very wary. They will tell you anything you want to hear, but once they get the sale, you are dead to them and they don't care one bit. Shady. Shady. Shady. and still no check he promised he sent!!! VINS AND LEMONSQUAD BOTH TERRIBLE

We had a very good experience purchasing a Tesla Model Y

We had a very good experience purchasing a Tesla Model Y from VINS. Tony was our salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about the car. Showed us most of the features as we drove. Explained ever about the car and the deal. They were very upfront with all information about the car. Hina in finance was very patient. No pressure. It was a nice experience. In and out very quickly.

Danny at VINS was really helpful in my car buying

Danny at VINS was really helpful in my car buying process. He checked in with me and returned phone calls and answered any questions or concerns I had. It made a time-consuming and tedious process so much better than I had expected. Everything was super organized. Danny helped move the process along and was helpful especially since I bought the car out of State. Every time I asked for a face time to see the car he made sure to do that and shared all the necessary forms and information with me. Totally transparent. Thanks so much!

I am very disappointed with the dealership for charging

I am very disappointed with the dealership for charging me $150 for returning a vehicle I only had for less than a full day. It is on the website that they have 3 days return policy with full refund. I don’t believe the full refund policy they claim.
