Service on my 2006 Wrangler

Awesome service!!!

I’ve been coming to Chapman Jeep for years for maintenance on my 1999 Jeep Cherokee. I always deal with Dave Colwell (service rep) and he is truly terrific. With routine maintenance inspections, he is always straight forward, gives me the details of current and preventive measures, and never any pressure to commit. The technicians appear to be doing a great job as well as reports and work seem to be accurate and reliable. The waiting area stays clean and is usually stocked with complimentary snacks.

The Joy of My Jeep

Owing a 2011 Jeep it is important and necessary to have confidence and assurance in the service representative and service department to handle all issues concerning my vehicle. Dave Colwell has used his expertise and knowledge to explain and advised me of my need repairs. Professionalism and friendly service is why I keep traveling from Glendale to keep my jeep in tip-top-shape. Thanks Dave! (A little costly this year) but thanks anyway. Claretta Williams
