My 2016 Challenger

Thank you Bill Wardingley, the check engine light was on i call and Bill got me in the next morning and he got it fixed fast.

My Jeep and I love Chapman

I bring my 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport in for servicing here. Dave Colwell is the best service manager I have ever had taking care of my vehicles. I highly recommend Chapman for their great service!

Radio Auxiliary

Loved my Service. Got in immediately. From receptionist, Andy- my go to sales gentleman from when I bought car in Spring. Ricardo stopped to say hi. A gentleman from office stop a few times in waiting area to speak to me and another customer .. Bill Wardingley- supper excellent- my go too. Love the new location. Everyone super. Bumps to Andy and Bill. I was super happy. All fixed. Warranty covered. Loved my visit. It was a wLk in.. great! Dinner Christmas party. But everyone stopped and gave me VIP Treatment!!!

Waited late for us

We had a coolant line split and dump all of the radiator fluid while we were driving. We were not able to refill the radiator and drive very far so we called for a tow. We also called Dave Colwell and asked how long he'd be there. It was nearly 7pm when we had the car trouble. He was still there waiting for us when we (and the car) arrived on the tow truck. The problem was fixed by the next day for us. Kudos to Dave and the CS staff.

New to town

I just came to the Phoenix area not long ago and had no idea where to go for service. I tried another dealer in the area and was not very satisfied. I then chose to try Chapman as they were not far from my daughter's home. I cannot tell you how wonderful their service is. Dave Colwell was wonderful. He looked up the information on my car and explained everything to me about it. The service was wonderful, my car was completed on time (actually before), and he also saved me money on some maintenance procedures. I will definitely make this my dealership to go to for all future services. It is so nice to deal with a company that gives great service and is honest. Thank you, Dave.

Excellent Service

My car broke down and I googled Jeep Dealer and came up with Chapman. I just recently moved from out of state and had no clue who to go to. I spoke to Bill Wardingley who was exceptional over the phone and decided to tow my car Chapman. He made sure I was up and running the next day. Excellent service, with great communication with text and email updates. I will not take my car anywhere else.

Dodge Service experience

Dave was great, attentive and kept me apprised of the repairs. The quote on the repair was what I paid without any add ons. I was in and out the same day.

New upgraded service center with same quality service

Love the new large service center with a good waiting area if you are in the mood for waiting while your car is serviced. Booked an appointment and dropped in my car. Dave Colwell has been my service advisor for ages and he still takes good care of my car. I'm happy the service with Chapman is top notch

Last minute Service Appointment

I wanted to thank James Macias for checking out my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. The "check engine" light had came on 2 days prior so I called on Thursday morning, December 7th to see if I could bring my Jeep in on Friday. James told me to come in at 1pm that day and he would have it looked at. I was able to get my Jeep serviced and returned the same day of my 10am phone call on Wednesday. Thanks James! I'll always be booking my appointments with you!
