The sales transaction was straight forward and pleasant. I had a great deal of difficulty settling arranging credit. This extended over several weeks. I called one of the banks about the holdup and they indicated that the terms and interest rates did not match their criteria. i.e. the loan for 36 months should have been at 7something percent instead of the 8 something percent on the paperwork. Ashley was patient and pleasant during this time but I ended up just paying cash to close the deal..

Sales person and people great! We had some things that I had to fix fender bracket was broke on driver side. $50 from Toyota, compass and temp not work amazone $180 est. Truck seem mechanically good so far. I would give 5 stars if those little items would have been fixed or get reimburse for. Thank you.
