Student Loan debt is considered for purchase
I did not purchase a car from GTX auto and it was strictley because of my conversation with the sales manager, John Mitley (might be misspelled). He was extremely rude and condescending when I inquired about information I felt I was being mislead on, by the bank, not the dealership. He held a very unprofessional tone while we spoke over the phone that left me feeling talked down to and ashamed even though I had nothing to be ashamed of. No one was dilligent about helping me in the best way possible or even really trying to help me get in a vehicle here. It was more like I wasn't good enough. John even went out of his way to point out my student loan collections accounts, which I was not aware actually hindered anyone from getting a vehicle. Again, the tone was very... uninterested and honestly as if I was being a pest. Before John, the sales manager hung ups in my face, I politely told John I would pass on the vehicle after he shamed me for my student loan debt, and the charge off from my last car; where I suffered from COVID and missed payments which resulted in my paying off my vehicle a few months later because I didn't want to ruin my credit any further. So I guess Student loans and paying off your car during a pandemic is beneath the professionals at GTX Auto Group.

No pressure, best car buying experience
Paul and the folks at GTX Auto group were spectacular. I had tons of questions that they were able to answer. I had specific payment ranges I wanted to stay in and they were able to get me there. They are an easy going, no pressure group. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car, truck, or suv.

Good selection, bad service
Don’t usually post reviews but this place needs it. Overall, their selection is okay and the salespeople I dealt with were nice & polite. They were very accommodating & even offered to pick me up from the airport (that’s why they get 2 stars) but as an out-of-state buyer, beware! I was looking at a truck on their lot for a couple of weeks and noticed the price was pretty much fixed for some time, but as soon I arrived at the dealer, the price went up to $600ish. When I ask about it, I was told there was a typo or whatever one-liner dealers use to jack up the price. It’s not illegal and I don’t really know if there was a typo or not, but as a potential buyer, I felt they took advantage of the fact they knew I was coming from out of state and put me in a corner too but the vehicle (it's a classic strategy, would budge on price much either). Lastly, their sales manager is not the nicest person to work with. I’ll admit, he’s a straightforward guy (which is nice in some instances) but if this review was based on his customer service skills alone…I would give this place a -10. I called a couple of times beforehand the guy had an arrogant, condescending attitude and that behavior continued when I arrived. I get you're not trying to be my friend but...come on. Bottom line: If you want a used car and you’re coming from out of state, I would highly consider somewhere else if you want a good deal & overall experience. But if you set on buying a car from them, don’t call them in advance; just show up. I know just showing up seems counterintuitive, but I suspect that I’m not the first nor the last person that might experience “errors in posting the price” and see some unexplained markup. Also, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND having someone mechanically inclined be with you during your potential purchase (and do your research, of course). I know they're used cars, but from what I've experienced...I would have someone with you.

Good dealer and experience.
Happy with the Sales force there, specifically Paul. No pressures, let me and my mechanic take as long as we wanted with a few vehicles. Everything was explained well with a used car sell, no empty promises. Straight to the points, no Hassel and manager stuff like the old days.

Excellent Car Dealer!
This was the second vehicle I have purchased from GTX Auto in the past 2 years and both times have been great. The team is friendly, the vehicles are decently priced and the ones I test drove were in good shape. It looks like they do a good job at getting them in shape to sell. My vehicles had new brakes, oil change, etc. They make the process of buying a car pretty easy. They do offer service contracts for the vehicles they sell, which are pretty much like limited warranties. I have always gotten them, but if it's something you don't want, then you can opt out. I will always recommend GTX to folks.

Be careful and inspect everything
They came off caring and nice until I had issues with the car. They knew the radiator fan was bad and the battery housing was loose. Not even the fog lights would work, what kind of inspection do these cars go through. Long story short I will make this car what it deserves to be.

Worst customer service ever from car dealership.
Found a vehicle online that I was interested in. When I contacted the dealership I was told that the truck was still available so I made an appointment to come see it later in the day. I lived 1.5 hours from the dealership but was really wanting to see this truck. When I got there, I saw the truck that I was interested in driving off the lot and I was VERY rudely informed that "It's already sold. It's first come first serve buddy, there's other trucks here, feel free to take a look." So the truck had been sold and nobody bothered to tell me. In fact, I had received an email from the dealership 10 minutes before I got there that was "confirming" my appointment. Since I had driven over an hour to get there, I did take a few minutes to look at some of their other trucks and I was not impressed. One in particular smelled horrible and looked as if something had been spilled inside it and not cleaned up. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with this dealership and the overall experience. I got the impression that my business was not important to them. Maybe, with what I did see in the way of their vehicles and coupled with the horrible customer service from the salesman, it was a good thing that they sold the truck I wanted to someone else.

Great Customer Service
I needed a car 30 minutes before store closing and the whole GTX team worked together to make sure I was taken care of and got me out quickly. Great customer service and a special thanks to Brad Lannucci. He was extremely personable and helpful through the entire buying process.

Great Customer Service
Deontae was a great salesperson to work with! This dealership was fast and friendly. Deontae was flexible with his schedule and quick to respond to text messages and calls. He was even willing to bring the car to me...almost two hours away.
