Very fair deal !

Very fair deal ! Good at finding the right truck for us. Had several to choose from, once we chose, came up with a good deal for us. We would recommend this dealership, and will use them again!

I have purchased two vehicles from Auto Boutique Alvin in

I have purchased two vehicles from Auto Boutique Alvin in less than 6 months. The first one I bought was a 2021 Ford Expedition for $42,000. Within three days of leaving the lot the check engine light came on and it was the catalytic converter. I call up and at first the sales person gives me the run around then I get ahold of the Service Manager. Who was great when it came to customer service, but it took us 4 times of going up there and them saying it is fixed, leaving and it coming back on within 24 hours in order to get it fixed. Fast forward 6 months later - check engine light comes on and guess what it is.... the catalytic converter. We had bought a second car from them 2 weeks ago (before the light came on again) I only did so because I thought the issue on my wife's car had been fixed the right way (it clearly wasn't considering it's been less than 6 months and its acting up again.) and this time it is a 2022 Ram 1500 Classic with 40k miles on it. Here we are two weeks later and the Truck is broken down in my driveaway. I called the SVC manager a week ago to let him know that both vehicles were messing up again and never heard back. How is it that two cars with less than 50k miles bought from them are both having such detrimental issues? I'm going to have to pay $800 to fix the truck + the towing fees in order to fix a car I bought TWO WEEKS AGO. Let alone the catalytic converter on the 2021 Expedition. How do you have these kinds of issues when you have bought 80k worth of vehicles from them in less than six months? I will be going to the BBB with this. Run Away -- They Sell Lemons, not cars.

Advertised one price.

Advertised one price. At closing, they added $1000 for “already installed lojack & paint” fees. Why $1000 more when dealership already knew that and wanted $1000 more???? I expect to pay only TT&L over price —— not “other things” a dealership has done to the car that they don’t advertise in their pricing. Deal was done before 7:00pm. I’m paying by check. Place closes at 7:00pm. They weren’t able to process a cash purchase until well after 8:00pm. Car disappeared from my sight during this over hour timeframe. I had the car inspected by an outside mechanic before I purchased. Nothing was noted about bad tires. I’ve owned the car less than a month, had a blow out and replaced all 4 tires. Wish I had been able to see the car during the hour it was missing…. Nothing about the experience makes me want to purchase there again.

I would leave 0 stars review to scammers!

I would leave 0 stars review to scammers! SCAMMERS…..!! Don’t buy from them! I bought an InfinityQX60 for $20,000 from them on June 6th 2024. Theresa , sales manager and Franco forced my hand to buy $500 LoJack insurance and $500 Paint insurance. They got the money from me but never activated accounts with third party insurance companies. Two weeks after purchase, I am still calling them, to activate the LoJack account for me. I called April, sales advisor Theresa and Franco but no one answer the phone. I left numerous messages. They avoid to talk to me….. I also called LoJack tracking company and they said: “Auto Boutique did not activate the account for my Infinity….!”

I'm very pleased with this dealership.

I'm very pleased with this dealership. Top-notch service, friendly staff, quality vehicles, and a great level of personalized service. Rudy was the best salesman I've worked with, and this is the 7th car I've bought in my many years driving. I'm really impressed with the automobile I bought and with the price. Truly a no-haggle and no-hassle deal. Hamida made the financing paperwork easy and quick. I've already recommended them to two coworkers and I will be shopping for my next vehicle here too. Thank you again Rudy!

Definitely don't buy a car from this dealership!

Definitely don't buy a car from this dealership! I first bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata and the shock spring broke on the first day on the road! They towed it away and repaired it for half a month. When I brought it back, the engine light and ABS light in my car were on. My bumper was also broken by their tow truck crew. When the car was returned to me, the handbrake on the car did not work. It was working and there was a huge abnormal noise, so I had to drive back to the dealership to return the car. They said that if the dealership doesn't refund the money, you can use it to trade on another car. The car sold to me for US$7,700 is now only worth US$5,000. It's hard to Imagine I lost more than $2,000 in one day without using it completely! But if we don't choose a car from this car dealership, we will lose another more than 1,000 US dollars in taxes. I told them that this is unfair. Isn't it because you didn't do a good job in quality control and it's just my bad luck? Their manager Ms Thresa said "yes"! Their work efficiency was extremely inefficient. My two children were very sleepy from morning until nine o'clock in the evening. We had no choice but to quickly choose a 2016 Kia soul. Then, the second week, the engine of this KIA broke on the road and it was running. The engine stalled, so I went to an official KIA dealer and they tested it for me and said that the car had a recall record. Regular dealers will not sell vehicles that need to be recalled but have not completed the recall. But when I called Juan, the manager of their maintenance department again, he said that their car dealership can sell this type of car, and now we will no longer care about your broken car.
