Mr. Rudy made my car buying experience the most seamless situation I’ve ever been in. He is very knowledgeable & will steer you in the right direction. I have been to many car dealerships & from this experience alone with Rudy I will never buy a car from anywhere else! Auto Boutique should be grateful to have an employee like Rudy. In addition, Christian was an enormous help as well! Both men were extremely patient & I won’t work with anyone else but them when dealing with Auto Boutique!

Great experience. Hamida worked hard to give me the best finance option available: the whole staff was very friendly and fun to be around. Bri was an awesome salesperson, she didn’t hassle or rush and was very patient the whole process.

I bought my son a 2018 Kia several years ago.
I bought my son a 2018 Kia several years ago. The car didn’t give us any problems. But in 2022, my son had an accident. The repair shop told us there wasn’t an airbag on the driver side. We had to total out the car because the shop couldn’t find any parts to fit and the insurance company wasn’t about to release the car. Buyer Beware!!!

Pros: Price.
Pros: Price. Cons: Everything else. I knew the car I wanted. We discussed ahead of time. Unfortunately, I had to have conversations with THREE different people. First Peter, then Brianna, then finally Edwin. And none of them had a clue as to what was going on. I'd respond to peter via text/email and he'd get back to me a day later with a completely unrelated reply (are you still interested in this car?). Enter Brianna. I get a little hopeful because she actually sends pics and video of the car, clearly knows more. But boy oh boy, you'd think they don't even care about selling the car given that the average response time was a day. Even though I'd send multiple messages. FINALLY Edwin calls me ... looking for Peter. I tell him he has the wrong number then connect the dots and call back. He's ... at least he's responsive. In a timely manner. But I was clear about my car trade in being a lease, yet I get there and it's like some giant surprise. Long story short(er): I was there FOUR HOURS. For ONE car. Not test driving options, not negotiating, just sitting there by myself. With no communication. No nothing. I didn't even know there was coffee until someone made fun of me for falling asleep. I drove down 3.5 hours for this car, took longer to get the car then to drive down. You know what would be good if you're gonna keep someone there for 4 hours? Maybe SOME kind of food option. Snack? none. Vending machine? nope. ANY option? negative. I did occasionally get a smiling "oh we're working on it" from the manager (who, while he pissed me off by ignoring my situation, was definitely good at his job with others I give him that). But I absolutely love my car. It's basically new, and the price was the best i could find anywhere. So as long as you've got nowhere to be... and maybe some snacks... and a pillow... yeah you're good. But if you want a quick and efficient experience with staff that you feel actually wants you there... look elsewhere.
