Bad experience! I live almost 2hr away and wanted the out the door price and was told that wasn't possible without coming and speaking with the finance manager. 1hr 55 minutes is too far to travel just to negotiate, when you can tell me in advance so I can make an informed decision. There was a possibility of getting my business but the choice was made to not attempt to get my business at all. The result of this experience is don't expect to do business with this dealership even if I am interested in a vehicle there.

THE WORST CAR Lot every they sale lemons and old cars that have been wrecked with salvage titles they sold me a car that broke down the same day

I test drove a car with Sabrina the other day and she is VERY well knowledgeable in all things american muscle, I was very impressed with how much she knew and she has wonderful people skills. The car i wanted sold but I will surely be back to buy from Auto boutique from Sabrina. Usually I dread going to car dealerships but she made this such an enjoyable experience

My experience with our salesperson was great (shoutout Brianna!), but everything after that was arduous. We decided in what vehicle we wanted to purchase at 1:00 pm in a Friday, we were paying cash, and we didn’t get out of the dealership with the vehicle until after 11:00 pm that night! The finance department is very helpful, but extremely understaffed. If you plan to purchase a vehicle from here, give yourself plenty of time. And if you’re driving in from out of town (like we were), be prepared to come very early and possibly stay the night. At least the staff brings in food for everyone waiting to close the deal (pizza, hot dogs, popcorn), but I’d have targeted have just been out the door and on my way back home.

Zuber, Brianna, Mo, and Arnold all did well in helping me trade in my car. Would recommend to anyone to stop by!!
