Kept the Van for 29 days and gave us back a broken car.

Kept the Van for 29 days and gave us back a broken car. Age discriminated and called us and our Van "Old". Charged us 1500.00. Gave us our Van with a door ajar, dome lights flashing, door alarms ringing, and warning lights on dashboard. Put on a part that won't work because their service dept. broke another part while installing an actuator that helped make the sliding door work. Then they claimed we knew the other door part was broken and "lots of people pay for parts that won't work?!" Then wouldn't fix the Van. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Arick and Thomas did a great job and got into my new car. In and out in under 2hrs. This is my second time shopping with them and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Price of the car as told to me ended up being $1,000.

Price of the car as told to me ended up being $1,000.00 more that where it started. My fault for missing it. The "salesman " I had did not speak very good English. Not his fault, it was the way it was. So after being badgered by some type of manager over my trade in. It was time to deal with the finance pressure cooker. It seems like these people start out all nice and full of conversation, that is until they realize that you will not sign on to their warranties, service packages, gap insurance.... Then it turns into "sign and initial, were done here"! They cannot wait to boot you out of their office.

You know what. No need to discuss the happening at your dealership. It happened. It was not pleasant. My experience there was definitely one of the worst ive endured. For sure 1) I will never consider purchasing from your dealership. 2) I will never endorse your dealership. I wish you well.

I had an AMAZING experience with the agents at Napleton Hyundai. Thomas Mcafee was so helpful, cooperative and patient! He got me approved when no one else would and was willing to work with me by any means necessary! Him and his colleagues were more than considerate of my circumstances and worked tirelessly with me to ensure that I left with a vehicle! Not just any vehicle either. Thomas made sure that I left in a quality vehicle that had my complete satisfaction! I recommended ANYONE of any budget to come to Napleton Hyundai. They will work attentively with you to ensure that you leave out with the perfect car!

Kevin was awesome!

Kevin was very patient with us, it took so long for us to figure out if we could afford the car or not. We decided to get it , very happy with purchase, just wish the would have come off their price though! That was hard to cope with. Kevin and Alex and Arick and Matt were great thoughthough
