From the moment I walked in the door of the dealership, I was pleasantly greeted by Alyona. She was so easy to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and quickly took me out for a test drive. Once the pricing of the vehicle was negotiated, she guided me through the financing process. She made the process painless and went above and beyond with her customer service skills. I would highly recommend her to friends and family! I was evened surprised that she arranged to drive me home with my new vehicle since I was keeping the vehicle I came in with (it's a good 30-minute drive). Thank you again so much Alyona! You are the first car salesperson I've ever felt comfortable with!

But she was such a good sales woman that I ended up going home with a car I’ve never thought I could afford. I want to thank Thad he was so good at breaking down the finance and what I would pay.
