AVOID this place, 3 Months and still not resolved in My

AVOID this place, 3 Months and still not resolved in My opinion, they have given me a xx answer and moved on, this place is FULL of the stereotypical car sales people, get the $$$ and never answer calls or texts. Still owe me $$$ and they won't admit they screwed up, the GM wont even return an email, so ridiculous. Again go elsewhere!

See update at the bottom: Booked a VIP appointment yesterday to try and buy a vehicle when they opened this AM. When booking the "VIP" appointment I let them know that we would be driving 2 hours to come inspect the vehicle and they said they could tell by the area code of my phone number. Got up early and were at the dealership at 9:15 AM (the designated time). We seemed to have surprised everyone because they were all flat footed when approached and it felt like they just grabbed some random guy (I think they were a salesperson) to talk to us (not what I would consider VIP). When they asked what the appointment was for I told them a Toyota Tundra and that the appointment was set yesterday late afternoon. The person said they would go check on it and disappeared. It took a couple of minutes and they came back and said that the Tundra was sold yesterday at 8 PM and basically started to move me toward the door. When I pointed out that we traveled over 2 hours and it would have been nice for them to have let me know (they confirmed the appointment 2 times the day before) he told me it was "not his problem". I pointed out that he was the face of the dealership and Hyundai to me and his was response was neither professional or correct and then he started to blame the corporate office. Overall I understand that a dealership needs to sell cars but in this case they show a lack of respect for the customers by not calling when it was sold and keeping the car up as for sale on all sites currently. This makes me question how they deal with the people who actually buy a vehicle once it has been purchased, if they show so little concern for a potential client. Update: The home office called me first thing Monday morning (incident happened on Saturday) to apologize for the situation and find out more about what happened. The person who called was interested in what I had to say, was sincerely shocked at the dealerships actions, said that is not how they are trained and apologized again. I am impressed that the corporate ownership does take an active role in the business and listened to my experience. The review didn’t fall on deaf ears so I am improving my rating of the dealership (from 1to4) because of their corporate office attentiveness to focusing on the customer

Jacob Flynn at napleton Hyundai is the man! Very professional and customer centered! Napleton is lucky to have him! I would recommend him to anyone buying a new ride. I’ll go back to him the next time I’m in the market for a new ride.

Car scalpers.

Car scalpers. They put MSRP on their ioniq 5/6 window stickers to get you in the sales building but then when you talk numbers they suddenly say they charge $5000 over MSRP because "thats the world we live in". They then tell fake stories about how how people buy cars from them and sell them in California for $70,000. This isn't 2021 anymore, these aren't limited edition cars, there are no shortages anymore. This is predatory, there's no reason to pay thousands above MSRP on a car that can't get the federal tax credit when you can get a Model Y directly from Tesla at MSRP with the tax credit and no dealership games. This is why manufacturers should be able to sell cars directly to consumer. Avoid this stereotypical sales slime dealership.

If you go get your car serviced and get a guy named

If you go get your car serviced and get a guy named Ricky, ask for someone different. He is so rude and condescending. I normally have a great experience at this dealership but not this time. The service writer wasn’t much better and they returned my car to me looking like a little kid had washed it. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Shelly Gowen of Napleton Hyundai is keeper! She made our service experience memorable. She reassured us in a timely manner from start to finish. This made our wait time mild. The Napleton dealership is clean, employees recognize your presence and there are treats and coffee available. We actually enjoy taking our car in as necessary. When we see the diversity of employees, it assures us of good business practices of this dealership.
