Hello everyone Im not posting this review to bash on annyone,im not even a complainer,but i would like you to know my story and see what you think. So i took my classic car to get a front end aligment so its a walkin basis so i get there at 12 noon and they told me it was to late,so i came back the next morning they took my keys and the gave me a story about the price had gone up from 79.99 to 100 dlls when they still have a huge sign that has 79.99 so i ageed and left it,so i get a call an hour later telling me there was something wrong with my bearings and if i wanted them to fix it and i told them no,i had replaced the whole front suspension,that was wierd,so he said ok well just align,so i get a call an hour later telling me it needed spacers for my aligment,and i said yes you probably do,so the guy gave me a price of 350 .dlls i told him noooo way ill go pick up the car,so i went and they wanted to charge me35.00 dlls to diagnose my car,i was thinking what did they diagnose the shims it needs?? so luckly they didnt charge me after seeing my frustration,so i took it to martin tire the aligned it for 120dlls and they never called me about shims or bearings.So thank you for taking the time to read my testamony and hopefully you make a huge u turn before you get to rise v auto,have a blessed day.

first of all, these reviews are BS. they are all from people who work there..and they all read the same--real buyers don't write reviews this way...the last thing they are interested in is customer service..although they have a "make offer" on their Ebay ad, they don't accept reasonable offers and don't respond period. Look elsewhere.

Friendly and professional personnel. No gimmicks, only facts and fair price. Service is always fast and accurate. They have many options for different budgets and drivers.

After contacting Rise V west dealer by phone and text on two (2) vehicles we wanted to see (identified to the dealer by the cars specific stock numbers), dealer said vehicles were there on-site. As such an appointment was made to see the cars for later in day. Upon arrival to dealership for appointment (after a 45-minute drive to get there), and repeatedly asking dealer for the target cars to see them, dealer (Raul) finally said that the cars were actually in their other dealership on east side and for us to go there instead (a 1-hr drive from there). Needless to say we left this dealership that obviously has no sense of professionalism nor regards to customer’s time.
