We weren't in the market for a newer car, but we found a gem at Subaru of Wyoming Valley, not only in the car, but also in our salesman, Joe Gonda. The car is a 2015 Subaru Outback with less than 3200 original miles, which we couldn't pass up, and Joe is an outstanding, outgoing, friendly, efficient, highly knowledgeable, patient, customer-oriented member of the sales team. Joe did everything he could to match the trade-in value we expected on our previous car, get us the car we wanted in a timely manner, and at the price we wanted to pay. Joe Gonda is a great salesperson to work with, honest and fair. But check out the service department, some are good, but others not so great.
